From the North

Take junction 20 A74M onto B722 towards Annan. On the sharp right-hand bend turn left for Kirtlebridge. Continue 200 yards, road forks to right, continue for one mile and Broadlea is situated on your left.

From the South

Take junction 21 A74M onto the B7076, through the village of Kirkpatrick Fleming.
Continue on B7076 for approx. 2 miles until you see a blue sign, turn left under the railway bridge, over the river junction at top of the hill.
Turn right and Broadlea is the first cottage on the right.
